Please send us:We will evaluate all proposals and contact you shortly afterwards. Not all proposals are accepted for various reasons. All proposals and inquires must be submitted before May 1, 2010.
If your event is accepted, we generally provide complimentary badges for panelists running two or more panels or workshops with some exceptions given for individuals hosting special events. Those hosting a single panel or workshop will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis for a complimentary badge. (* extra consideration given for Saturday night and Sunday panels...)
The check-in procedure will be a quick and simple way to touch base with our staff before your event. Attendance will be taken to let us know you are at the convention for scheduling purposes and as a courtesy to those who want to attend your panel or workshop.
