- Crash Space with a minimum of 12 hours of work. Crash space is reserved on a first come first served basis. We only have a limited amount of space. This means the sooner you ask for crash space when you arrive at the convention, the better.
- A nifty T-Shirt when you work a minimum of 8 hours as a volunteer.
- You can get a free pre-reg for Anime Mid-Atlantic for
2007 for those who work 20 or more hours.
You must be at least 16 years old to volunteer. If you are younger, we need a permission slip from your parents in person.

- All new volunteers must print their information (name, e-mail address and badge number) on the volunteers' list information sheet and on the time card.
- They have to sign-up for positions and shifts that are available.
- Before they start the shift, they must first sign-in at the Volunteer Desk in the Registration Room.
- Volunteers will swap their convention badges with volunteer badges and take their time cards with them to be signed by the department's staff, which they are assigned to.
- When they are done with their shift, they must swap the volunteers badges back and return the time cards.
- Volunteers must have their time cards signed-in by the departments' staff before and after the shift in other to receive their hours.

- All volunteers must sign-in at the volunteer table before they begin their shifts.
- Volunteer work times and positions are available based on first come first serve at sign-up starting on Thursday night of convention.
- All volunteers must exchange their attendees' badges with volunteers' badges before they begin each shift and vice versa after they are done working their shifts.
- All volunteers must pick-up their time cards before they leave to work and return them after they are done with the shift.
- Volunteer crash space is available based on first-come, first-serve starting on Thursday night of convention.
- Non-volunteers are not allowed to stay in the volunteers' crash space.
- Volunteer crash space is not co-ed.
- Only six (6) volunteers are allowed for each room.
- Alcohol is not allowed in volunteer crash space.
- Volunteers are not allowed to have parties in volunteer crash spaces.
- Volunteer room doors cannot be left opened at any time.
- The Anime Mid-Atlantic staff is not responsible for any misplaced, lost or stolen personal items.
- The keys to volunteer crash space are held by the volunteer staff and con-ops.
