Program Book Ads
Advertising your business in our program book is a great way to give your company added exposure to hundreds of convention attendees. Our attendees (just shy of 2,000 at AMA 2005) come from all over the Mid-Atlantic area and beyond. Many attendees hold on to their convention program books for months or even years after the end of the convention. In your email request please include the following information: name (and company name) and your choice of ad size to the email address below. |

All advertisements will be printed in black and white. Please reserve your ad space with James Bullock, Publications Director at programming@animemidatlantic.com or via the address below. Ad space is on a first-come, first-serve basis and the deadline for sending ads is April 15, 2006. Please make all checks payable to Anime Mid-Atlantic. Computer files can be sent on Zip disk, floppy disk, or CD-R. Make sure all ad images are at least 300 dpi. TIFF, EPS, PDF or high-res JPEG are the preferred image formats but any PC Adobe Photoshop formats are also acceptable. If the image needs to be enlarged, reduced, or altered from the given specs, we cannot guarantee the quality of the ad reproduction. Computer files can be sent digital via e-mail if the file is not larger than 2MB. For more information contact the e-mail address above. |

Convention Flyer Exchange
Each year we host convention goers from all over the Mid-Atlantic
region and beyond. Many are first-time convention attendees. If your
convention is interested in sending us flyers for the flyer table
please contact James Bullock at programming@animemidatlantic.com.
We want to send our convention flyers to your convention as well.
Once we have exchanged information, you can send your flyers to the

We only offer two free badges per media outlet.
Additional convention badges can be purchased through pre-registration
or by registering at the door. Please confirm your contact information
with us so we can reserve press badges for you
prior to the convention. Also let us know when you
expect to arrive at the convention and who you want to film and/or speak
to like staff, guests, vendors, etc.
AMA reserves the right to refuse free press badges after reviewing press credentials. |
