Advertising your business in our program book is a great way to give your organization added exposure to thousands of convention attendees. Our attendees come from all over the Mid-Atlantic area and beyond. Many attendees hold on to their convention program books for months or even years after the end of the convention.
The AMA 2013 Program Rate Sheet can be downloaded here. In your email request please include the following information: name (and company name) and your choice of ad size to the email address below.

The Back Cover and both Inside Covers will be printed in full color. All interior page advertisements will be printed in black and white. If your ad bleeds to the edge of the page, please add 1/8" to the ad elements to ensure proper placement. Advertisements should be at least 300 dpi. TIFF, EPS, PDF, PSD or high-res JPEG are the preferred image formats. If images need to be enlarged, reduced, or altered from the given specs, we cannot guarantee the quality of the ad reproduction. Ads can be sent via e-mail if the digital files are not larger than 10MB. Ads can also be sent through the mail on CD-R. For more information contact the e-mail address below.
Please reserve your ad space with Publications Director at marketing@animemidatlantic.com. Advertisement space is on a first-come, first-serve basis and the deadline for sending ads and payment is May 10, 2013.
Local and regional anime club organizers who want to advertise their clubs to AMA attendees now have an additional outlet. Anime clubs can have their flyers or promotional postcards placed into the AMA Program Book bags. Each attendee receives this bag when they arrive at the convention. Along with the AMA 2010 Program Book, Pocket Schedule, and other inserts, attendees could receive your club's promotional material.

This year we have placed a convention web banner section on our home page. This area will rotate images of various upcoming conventions with a link to their websites. Banner ads will be displayed until the conventions are over.
